We have a lot of support
tickets. We love them all (really, we do) and we try to respond to each and
every one of them as quickly and as effectively as possible. We also update
your ticket status and add relevant notes where appropriate (for example,
if your issue is complex, will take time to resolve, is reliant on
your feedback or on a third-party supplier).
We can’t always promise to
copiously note every plan or action (or we’d never get to action the plans!).
However, you can check all the information, status and progress on each of your
support tickets by clicking the ticket link you receive at the bottom of your
IT Support ticket response email. If it has been a while since we have gotten
back to you, and you still have the issue, please do respond to the ORIGINAL
ticket and ask for an update - don’t be shy :) On the other hand, please do choose to mark the ticket as RESOLVED
or CLOSED if your issue has been resolved. You can do all this on the IT
Support Online Helpdesk: http://wissshanghai.freshdesk.com/support/home.
While on the online helpdesk do
also take the opportunity to self-help before contacting us, by checking out all
the support guidance. If you can’t find help there but would like to learn more
