Outlook on the Web (Using a Web Browser)
When you complete your email signature, using your preferred browser, it should look like this, but with YOUR details:

Step-by-step: Create your WISS O365 email signature
- In your web browser, go to http://o365.wiss.cn
- Click the Outlook Icon
- In the top right click Settings (the cog icon)
- Scroll tothe bottom and click View all Outlook settings
- In the lefthand-side Mail panel under Compose and reply choose Email signature.
- Return to THIS page then select then copy everything above that's between <--Email Signature Template--> into computer memory/clipboard by pressing CTRL (or command on Mac) + A then CTRL (or command on Mac) + C on your keyboard
- Immediately return to the web browser page where you have your WISS Outlook email signature setting. Click inside the signature editing pane and PASTE in the content you copied (from THIS page) by pressing CTRL (or command on Mac) + V on your keyboard.
- Change the name and job title to your own.
- Name your new email signature and set it as the default signature for new emails and/or replies/forwards
Outlook Desktop Application (WinOS)
- Open Outlook desktop application
- From the Menu bar, go File > Options > Mail then click the Signatures... button
- In the Signatures and Stationery Dialogue box, Click the NEW button. Give the new signature a name and press OK
- Return to THIS page then select then copy everything above that's between <--Email Signature Template--> into computer memory/clipboard by pressing CTRL (or command on Mac) + A then CTRL (or command on Mac) + C on your keyboard
- Immediately return to Outlook and select your new signature then click inside the signature editing pane and PASTE in the contents of the webpage you copied in step 6 by pressing CTRL (or command on Mac) + V on your keyboard.
- Now, change the template name and job title to your own.
- In Choose Default signature, select your new signature from the dropdown list
- Finally, press OK to save all your changes.
Outlook Desktop Application (MacOS)
On the Outlook menu, select Preferences.
Under Email, select Signatures.
- Double-click Untitled, and then type a name for the signature you created.
or - Select to add a new signature.
- Return to THIS page then select then copy everything above that's between <--Email Signature Template--> into computer memory/clipboard by pressing CTRL (or command on Mac) + A then CTRL (or command on Mac) + C on your keyboard
- Immediately return to Outlook and select your new signature then click inside the signature editing pane and PASTE in the contents of the webpage you copied in step 6 by pressing CTRL (or command on Mac) + V on your keyboard.
- Now, change the template name and job title to your own then SAVE the signature.
