1.Ask user download the Sunlogin or Teamviewer
2.Install the software
Here will show you using the teamviewer install the astill vpn step:

When you see the vpn software pops up please click Yes by yourself and finish the installation.
For Sunlogin
1.After install you will get this windows and send IT the id and code both please

If you see this winodws pop up, please click allow access
Then IT will use the ID & password to remote control your computer.
For the IT side:(the normal user no need read this)
We access the user computer and find the software :
1.runasspen
2.vpn software: put it in the the disk d(NOT on the desktop)
3.find the computer name like: surface-001 or R800000001
We run the run the software runasspen please see
After you drag the crypt file to the runasspc the teamviewer or sunlogin will show disconnect, it will waiting the user click yes to finish the installation.
