1. Turn OFF any personal VPN software running on your device. Completely EXIT out of the VPN application.
  2. Login to your Zhumu desktop or mobile app
  3. Click 'Settings' and test the idea and audio settings. 
  4. On a desktop or laptop device, access the Zumu settings here:
  6. On a mobile device click the settings on the top right (the cog icon):


If this is the first time you have used Zhumu on your device you may be asked to grant Zhumu permission to access your camera, speakers and microphone. Grant access:
